In 2021, CarePass®, the subscription loyalty program offered by CVS was looking to acquire more members and increase benefit awareness for existing members. Starting with ‘Mom’s Little Secret’ TV spot and then spreading to paid and owned channels, the creative successfully drove acquisition and lowered attrition among current members.
