My curiosity and eagerness to learn have led me to work on a varied portfolio that includes healthcare, retail, beauty, customer loyalty and personalization.
I enjoy a challenge, especially when learning new businesses and brands.

Creative lead on Retail advertising and content creation across all paid and owned channels including broadcast, social, email, site content, ecommerce, DCO, direct mail, signage and out of home. Work includes large scale campaigns, engaging category content, test-and-learn initiatives, and bold activations.
Creative lead on advertising and content creation for Enterprise-wide Women’s Health initiatives. Promoting CVS Health’s position as an ally for Women, content lives across all paid and owned channels including broadcast, social, email, site content, ecommerce, DCO, direct mail, signage and out of home.
Responsibilities include leading ideation, evolving the Enterprise and Retail brand in advertising, assessing work, delivering actionable feedback, and infusing best practices according to channel.

Loyalty & Personalization and Beauty
Led all work related to acquisition, retention, and re-engagement of CVS’s two loyalty programs, ExtraCare and CarePass.
Partnered with product owners and marketing to deliver strategic integration of first-party data across all paid and owned channels including connected TV, social, email, site content, ecommerce, DCO, and direct mail.
Led all work related to Beauty in Retail and Enterprise. Launched bi-annual Beauty promotional events that included all paid and owned channels. Directed several video and photoshoots to support category and promotional content. Partnered with internal and external agencies to promote Beauty Unaltered, an Enterprise-wide commitment to represent beauty without digitally altering photography.
Responsibilities included a deep understanding of digital channels, personalization capabilities and design systems that could successfully support a 1:1 branded and cohesive customer journey, as well as Beauty category and industry expertise.

Led an email redesign and technical implementation across retail. The program consisted of over 20M customers, supported multiple categories, health services and messaging for CVS Health initiatives.
