What happens when ExtraCare®, a 70-million member loyalty program, gets even better? The CVS® creative team creates a celebratory campaign that builds excitement for new and upgraded rewards. This mulit-media campaign spanned across online video and audio, various paid media placements, owned social content to boost engagement and a robust email and direct mail communication strategy.
Despite having an engaged and enthusiastic base of 70 million loyal members, awareness of the core program benefit, 2% back every time you shop, was low. As a way to bridge this gap, illustration was used to create a visual of this very valuable benefit. Colorful and curated styling was used to amplify the visual experience and bring the brand to life.
